Are you feeling stiff and weak from a winter of inactivity? Golf is an athletic sport, conditioning your muscles and increasing your flexibility will add yards to your game.

Lower Body Conditioning: Hips & Knees
The most common cause of joint paint is an improperly aligned joint. Balanced muscle strength can reduce pain and support the activities that you enjoy. Learn exercises
to stretch and strengthen muscles that that support your spine, knees, hips, and shoulders. Teach your joints to move more efficiently with less wear and tear, which equals less pain.
