Spring Registration and New Programs


We have expanded our spring schedule to include more of the most popular classes, plus added more weekend, and late-evening classes. We have created on-going 4-week intensives so you can try something new or focus on specific goals without committing to a full series. We also have a fantastic '3D Workout' intensive that was so well received in winter we have expanded it to a special 8-week class this spring.

We have introduced one-month and 3-month unlimited class passes to provide maximum flexibility at huge savings.
