Our group classes operate in four series: a 14-week
fall series, a 12- week winter and 12-week spring
series, and an 8-week summer series. You are required
to register for the class(es) of your choice for each
series. Registered classes promote consistent
attendance - the key to success - while our extensive
weekly schedule of classes and liberal substitution
policy allow for maximum scheduling flexibility. Class size is controlled and class levels monitored to
provide individual attention and to ensure individual
progress and results.

schedule for class times and registration dates. Register early to avoid
disappointment!
We also offer numerous 4-week intensives throughout the year allowing you to
focus on particular goals or simply try something new - including our 4- week
Principles Rotations Class for beginners. Check out our Specialty Workshops for
details this and other up-coming 4-week intensives.

Group Mat Classes
|
|
|
 Foundations
Develop awareness and tone in your core abdominal and postural muscles, while increasing your flexibility and ease of movement. Learn to work your body efficiently to develop optimum strength and control. By focusing on the fundamentals upon which the entire Pilates method is built, you will develop a solid foundation of core stability for all your life activities. This series (or equivalent) is a prerequisite for any other Retrofit classes.
Repertoire
Increase tone, strength and flexibility in your entire body, with the controlled flowing movements of the classical Pilates repertoire of mat exercises. Attention to detail and form ensures this workout will change your body and your mind!
Dynamic Flow
Build endurance, coordination and strength with an ever-expanding repertoire of advanced Pilates mat exercises. Flowing through challenging movement sequences, this dynamic workout is demanding and energizing and will tone and sculpt your entire body.
Super "A"
Maximize grace, agility and strength with this high-powered workout. Challenge yourself with the constantly creative ab-busting repertoire of super-advanced Pilates repertoire! Registration in this class is with approval of the director.
Gentle Pilates
Combine core strength with mindful relaxation for the perfect feel-good stress buster. This intermediate level class begins with a condensed Pilates work-out followed by stretching, release and guided meditation exercises to melt the stress away.
Post-Natal Pilates - Babes in Arms
Hey new moms – get fit, get firm, and have fun with your baby in post natal Pilates. Focused Pilates core conditioning; a complete post-natal workout.
Pre-Natal Pilates
Build strength, flexibility and coordination to prevent back pain and maintain mobility throughout pregnancy and to prepare the body for birth and recovery. This modified Pilates program designed specifically for pregnancy provides a safe and effective way to stay fit and active throughout your pregnancy. No previous Pilates experience required.
Pilates for Kids
A recent Study in Newsweek found that “the kids with the fittest bodies were the ones with the fittest brains.” Share your enthusiasm and commitment to fitness and health by enrolling your child in this class specifically designed for 6-10 year olds. This kids-only series fuses Pilates strength building and stretches with coordination games and lots of fun! Get your child excited about exercise as a lifelong habit while sharpening their memory and listening skills.
Teen Pilates
Create healthy habits for life as you improve your posture, increase your flexibility and strengthen your core muscles. Challenge your balance and coordination with exercises on the Ball, Bolster, BOSU and more! Have fun and stay fit in a and friendly environment targeted just to teens.
Teen Machine
Intensify your pilates experience on the quintessential Pilates machine. Combining spring resistance with a moving platform to increase the challenge for the core while working every muscle in your body. Pre-requisite Pilates for Teens.

 Precision Machine
This intermediate Reformer work-out will help you achieve higher levels of precision, strength, flexibility, and grace to create a sleek, toned, long and lean body. The quintessential Pilates machine combines spring resistance with a moving platform to increase the challenge for the core while working every muscle in your body.
Power Machine
You will be amazed at what your body can do in this advanced to super advanced class. Creative and challenging this is a workout like no other. The increasingly sophisticated and complex exercise patterns on the Reformer makes your body and mind buzz!
Core Circuit
Every class is a new, creative and fun challenge for your strength, balance, coordination, grace and agility. Explore the full range of Pilates with a combination of mat, reformer, ball, bolster, band and BOSU exercises. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced level students.
 Hard Core Pilates
Intensify your workout and maximize your results. Take your body and mind to its highest level of challenge with this creative and demanding combination of super advanced mat and high powered reformer exercises. Registration in this class requires approval from the instructor.
Pilates with Weights
Tone and sculpt you arms, shoulders and back as you strengthen your core. Add variety and fun to traditional Pilates exercises by using hand-held weighted balls for a dynamic whole-body workout. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced level students.

Fast track your Pilates learning with this 4-week series. Focus on the principles inherent to the Pilates technique and necessary for success. Perfect for the Pilates novice who wants to jump-start their training or for the long-term practitioner who wants to focus on specific details to improve their technique.
Intro to Reformer
New to Reformer, want to get more out of your classes? This 4-week series will target your core abdominal and postural muscle with stability training. Tone and sculpt your entire body using spring resistance. Add challenge and variety to your workout!
4-Week Intensives

Step-Outside Cardio
Burn calories, lose weight and get your heart healthy and strong! Get the most from your fitness walking with this class taking you outside to do cardio interval training through the neighborhoods of Bloor West Village. Work at your own pace while enjoying the motivation of others. The small group means lots of personal attention. This advanced level class steps outside rain or shine!
One-Month Unlimited Class pass
Get maximum flexibility at a huge savings. Good for 30 days from the date of purchase, this pass allows you to attend unlimited classes on a substitution basis.
Three-Month Unlimited Class pass
Get maximum flexibility at an even bigger savings. This pass allows you to attend unlimited classes for the entire series on a substitution basis.
